Resetting Password

We all have those times we just cant recall our passwords. To get you back into the app and using all the safety features, follow these simple steps

Changing Password

To change your password, please take the following steps: 

  • Click on ‘Menu’ in the bottom dashboard. 
  • Click ‘Profile’. 
  • Click ‘Details’.
  • Click ‘Reset Your Password’ and type in your old password and the new password you would like to add. 
     

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, please take the following steps: 

  • Click onto your app. 
  • Click ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ 
  • Enter your email address. 
  • You will receive a link to reset your password via email. 
     

Fingerprint/Face ID

Currently, the app isn’t compatible with fingerprint or Face ID. This is something we’re working on. For now, you can use your four digit pin to log in.
 

Your pin

Your four-digit pin is the birth date you put in when registering your account. For example, if your birthday is on the 23rd March, your pin will be 2303. 

You will use your pin often on your app, including: 

  • To log out of the app. 
  • To silence an Alarm.
  • To finish a Meeting (link to feature: meeting) early.
  • To cancel a Journey (link to feature: journey) early. 
  • To cancel a Man Down (link to feature: man down) activation.
